The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identity prospects, develop leads, build network, and acquire new business within assigned territories
  • Utilize “consultative” and “needs-based” selling by identifying key decision makers and understanding their needs before presenting appropriate business and technology solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product training to potential or existing clients
  • Achieve monthly sales quota set by Sales Director
  • Maintain expertise of Company’s products and the Digital Forensics industry
  • Maintain and manage account information and enter into Hawk’s CRM system
  • Provide regular feedback to Company managers through weekly calls and reports
  • Synchronize with Account Managers and Sales Operations to achieve absolute customer satisfaction
  • Other activities as may be assigned from time to time to support marketing and sales initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in digital forensics a plus
  • Experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
  • Ability to work efficiently and profitably with minimum supervision
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to individuals and large audiences

 

Education

  • Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experiences in Law Enforcement or Public Safety
